General Eligibility:
1. Candidates who will not cross the age of 35 years as on 31st December 2011 are eligible to apply.
2. A candidate, who has passed MD / MS degree in not more than two attempts from a recognized Medical College included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical council Act, 1956 and has obtained full registration for MD / MS either from the Medical Council of India or any state Medical Council.
Admission Procedure:
Selection is based on the rank obtained in the All India entrance test conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on 26th June 2011.
Application Forms:
(i) Application form is available from the selected branches of Dhanalakshmi Bank and Federal Bank on payment of Rs. 2000/- against the Cost of application form.
(ii) Applications forms are available from Office of Admissions, Health Sciences Campus, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS Ponekkara Post, Kochi, Kerala, Pin - 682041 by Speed post / Courier on submission of Rs.2070/- through DD, drawn in the name of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, payable at Kochi
(iii) Applications can also be downloaded from the website: www.amrita.edu and submitted along with a DD for Rs. 2000/- as mentioned above.
Last date of sale of application forms is 10 June 2011 and last date for submission of duly completed application forms is 15 June 2011.
